September 8, 2006, Newsletter Issue #18: Know Your Jets!

Tip of the Week

When you shop for a spa, remember many manufacturers have their own name for their jet systems, so understanding what specific hot tub jets do can help you decide which jets are right for you. Talk with your dealer to make sure the jets you're looking for come with your particular model, and make sure you understand how each jet functions. Some are adjustable, and some are not. It's a good idea to test a tub and try out each type of jet so you know what you like and what you don't. Look for stainless steel jets that won't wear out and can be replaced easily, rather than plastic, which are cheaper but don't last as long.
