October 6, 2006, Newsletter Issue #22: The Power for Your Needs

Tip of the Week

If you live in a rural area and don't have the power it takes to operate even a portable hot tub, no worries! When you compare spa and hot tub models, check with your dealer about alternate power methods. Some hot tubs come wood fired, and others run on propane gas. This means that even if you're off the grid you can still have a hot tub that works for you. Wood fired models are modeled after ancient hot soaking baths that were heated by wood, and they are an excellent alternative for some situations. Many gas models can be altered to use propane, so check with your dealer and be sure to compare as many spa and hot tub models as you can to find the one that works for your unique needs.
